Why do you choose

Edvard Munch, Despair, 1892.

Why do you choose to do certain things and not others?

How do you feel now?

Count your blessings.

Do not let a really bad five minutes dictate your day.

Are you taking responsibility or playing the victim of circumstances?

Choose your lowest point.

Eat healthily.

Decide when enough is enough. Is this your rock bottom? Are you going to stand up to these problems?

Don’t be a passive victim.

Choose for yourself.

What do you want in this moment?

Strive for enjoyable experiences with a measurable impact.

Beware of illusions of control, like those presented by pornography.

When you get stronger, you can handle more weight and tolerate different problems.

Consider the perceivable consequences.

The cornerstone of a free man is the freedom to learn from his mistakes and turn them into tools.

Look at challenges as opportunities to show your love.

Embrace a heightened sense of agency and responsibility.

Lay your burdens at the foot of the cross. Have you realized they’re there?

Have you realized you’re already free?
